Suspicion that your spouse or mate is cheating is an agonizing feeling.  Unfortunately, if you have a suspicion that your spouse or mate is cheating, your intuition may be correct.  According to statistics, women who suspect their husband or mate of cheating are correct 85% of the time, While men who suspect their spouse or mate of cheating are correct 50% of the time.  Research has suggested that approximatelyb 60% of men and 40% of women will cheat at least once in their marriage.  Despite the prevalence of cheating, 70% of married women and 54% of married men do not know about their spouse's infidelity.  these statistics do not include non traditional forms of infidelity,  It is estimated that 40 million Americans have virtual encounters of a sexual nature on the internet which many consider "emotional affairs."


1. CHANGES IN INTIMACY; A distinct increase or decrease in intimacy, affection levels, and/or sexual preferences may indicate infidelity.

2. SUSPICIOUS PHONE HABITS; A spouse that hides their phone or is secretive about their call logs or text messages  may indicate cheating behavior,

3. CHANGES IN APPEARANCE; A marked change in style and dress, intimate wear, and/or personal hygiene can be a clue.

4. SUSPICIOUS INTERNET USE; Much like phone habits, a cheating spouse may be overly secretive when it comes to their browser history, internet and computer habits.

5. CHANGES IN WORK ROUTINE; It msay seem like a cliche but a husband or wife that suddenly needs to "work late" or "go to o a conference"  frequently is a sign of infidelity.

6. CHANGES IN BATHING HABITS; A spouse that showers when they get home, switches perfume or cologne, or changes their grooming habits can be a sign of cheating.

7. CHANGES IN DAILY ROUTINES; A cheating spouse will often make excuses to leave the house with the pretense of running errands, going to workout late at night when they used to workout earlier, disappearing from the bedroom when their spouse is asleep.

8. VERBALLY ABUIVE OR DEMEANING TOWARD MATE; A cheating partner may begin criticizing the appearance of their mate, such as suggesting that they gain or lose weight, becomes insulting and irritated at the mere presence of their mate.
